
Below you will find a schedule for all the yoga classes The Red Clover has to offer. Class sizes are small enough to allow teachers to custom fit their classes to the abilities of the students. Whether you're just beginning your journey with yoga, or have been practicing for years, you can definitely find a class that fits your style.

*Ease Into It Yoga
This class is divided into two 30 minute sections. The first half of the class focuses on mat work and use of other props to help ease you into the poses. This therapeutic session is ideal for those with neck pain, back pain and inflammation in general. The second half moves you up from the mat and starts you down the path to learning further poses; moving slowly and building strength.There is the option to participate in either of the 30 minute sessions for only $3 a session. The full hour-long class is $6 per class. A Senior Citizen discount is also available, $10 for both hour-long classes on Tuesday and Thursday.
